How do I cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions are managed by the App Store, not inside Thirdy. On your iPhone, open Settings, tap your name, tap Subscriptions, choose Thirdy, and tap Cancel. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
How does the free trial work?
Thirdy starts with a 7-day free trial, then converts into a weekly subscription at the price shown on the purchase screen. Cancel any time before the trial ends and you will not be charged.
How do I restore my purchase?
Reinstall the app on the same device and Apple ID, then choose Restore on the purchase screen. If your access does not come back, email us.
How do I delete my account and data?
In the app, open the You tab, go to Your data, and choose Delete my account. This permanently removes your account, your interview details, all chapters and recordings, and your generated audio. You can also export your data from the same place first.
Why does tomorrow's chapter mention what I did today?
That is the point of Thirdy: your evening check-in is the input for the next morning's chapter. An honest didn't is respected and written in, never punished.
Is the voice a real person?
No. Every chapter is written with AI for you alone, and the voice is synthesized. Thirdy is not a therapist and not medical or psychological advice.
